The lovely Rose Woodward is a veritable mine of information ! It was so generous of her to travel all the way from Cornwall , it made for a very interesting FROG session. Wendy x

Dear Barbara, thank you for letting us know about Phil. It has been a privelege to know you both.
I am sure all FROGs would want to join me in offering my condolences.
Wishing you well, too, at this sad time. I hope we will see you again at one of our meetings.
All the best.

Sadly my husband, Phil, died on Monday afternoon. Unfortunately Sutent didn't work for him and he was too ill to begin a second line treatment. We found our visits to the support group helpful and informative and I just wish we had been lucky enough to benefit from the stirling efforts of Clive and others who campaign so effectively for a better deal for kidney cancer patients. Very best wishes to all of you,
Barbara

Many thanks to Puck for arranging our lunch and the sunshine at The Trout today. The food was delicious and the company equally so! Let's do it again soon.

Hi to my fellow FROGS, Happy New Year to you all, let's hope it is a good one! I feel terrible that Mike and I haven't attended the last few meetings. All down to the busy life we lead and caring for my Mother in Kent. Sadly we won't be at the meeting in February as we are going away for a few days, however we will definitely make March (I hope)!! We will also attend the lunch at The Trout - really looking forward to that. Take care everyone and stay strong. See you all soon.

Welcome to our new guestbook page.
I'm hoping this will replace the Blog page, which had the limitation that only I could start a thread.
Now anyone can submit their message at any time.
Let's see how it works.
